In the open source announcement on the front page, Harkal said the Linux makefiles are out of date, so I didn't even think much about trying. Might give it a try anyway though.
First thing's first for me though, gotta write the "compiling with VC2005" tutorial first. ;)
I'll see what I can do about getting that working (I may have questions) when I have some more free time. I remember seeing the notice about the old makefiles, but I wasn't clear on whether I could build and run sylphis3d on linux, or only just build parts of it.

Pretty sure it is fully supported on Linux other than the outdated Makefiles. Could be totally wrong though. :)
